Our Organization is more than a decade in developing H.R section of various industries in India and Middle East . Our approach to section of a suitable experience and qualified candidate is based on the requirement of our client. Generally on receiving a demand letter from our client with job description, salary range, qualification & experience, we search our Databank and try to match the best candidate to required position. We also see to it that our headhunting section looks for better prospects from various industries.

We do look into the various jobsite to match the requirement and last but not the least we go advertisement in national newspaper to achieve a most satisfying qualified and experienced candidate to our client. Our H.R section shortlists the candidates and send suitable CVS to our client to enable them to approve the same for interview.

The interviews are arranged in various major cities of India to select the cream of technical, experienced & qualified candidates by the client. Deployment of the candidates depends upon visa processing and exigency of work at clients end, this process generally takes a month after interview. Technical staff is selected by Trade test from the reputed Govt.recognized Trade Test centers for our clients.
